Tom Evans is based in the London HQ from where he runs the global Sales and Client Services teams as the Chief Operating Officer. This involves Lead Generation, New Business, Upsells and Renewals and the organisation and management of the multiple databases and CRM.
He is involved with structuring inputs of the global data and selling the outputs through all the various platform channels including customised API feeds.
Tom oversees company contracts, joint ventures and partnerships.
Tom joined Seasure Shipbroking in 2007 after his role as an S&P broker at Lorentzen Stemoco, Norway.
He remains active in Sale and Purchase, continuing to work with a number of major Greek and Japanese shipowner operator clients. He has led the expansion and restructuring of VV’s commercial teams globally. This has included opening offices in Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong.
He holds a BA Hons degree from Durham University and is an enthusiastic kitesurfer and cyclist.
